Inky.bet and Festival Play share the top score among the new online casinos in Ireland that I tested. I funded a real-money account at each new casino site, looked up its licence on the regulator’s register, read the bonus and withdrawal terms, and timed a real withdrawal before we scored them.

Last verified: early November 2026. Each withdrawal time comes from a single test withdrawal per casino, made between August and October 2026, so treat it as a snapshot rather than a promise. We earn a commission on accounts opened through our links, and that never changes a rank. Each brand’s drawbacks are in its review or in the tables.

None of these new online casinos holds an Irish licence for casino games. Ten of the eleven name an offshore licence from Curaçao, Anjouan or Antigua and Barbuda, and GoldenPlay publishes no licence number at all. Where a number is published, it was looked up on the issuing regulator’s own register.

Top 5 new online casinos for Irish players

Inky.bet and Festival Play both scored 5.0. Inky.bet takes first place on game range, offer value and lighter withdrawal rules, while Festival Play paid out fastest of the seven withdrawals I timed. Alexander (4.9) suits crypto deposits, Dublinbet (4.8) live tables, and Brutal (4.7) players who want a welcome match with no wagering on winnings.

1. Inky.bet

Visit Inky.bet Casino

Inky.bet’s domain was registered in April 2026, which makes it the newest of the new online casinos in the ranking. Age isn’t why it’s first, though. It shares a 5.0 score with Festival Play and edges ahead on three things I could measure: a larger game library, a cheaper bonus to clear (€240 against €320 in our model) and lighter withdrawal rules, with deposits turned over three times rather than five and no withdrawal fee. Festival Play beat it on payout speed, and both have licence numbers you can find on a public register.

Its game sitemap listed 8,664 games from 69 providers when I counted in early November 2026, including Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, Evolution and Ezugi. That’s the largest library I counted, although size alone doesn’t tell you whether your favourite games are there.

The welcome package is 325% up to €3,000 plus 150 spins across three deposits: 150% up to €500 with 75 spins, then 100% up to €1,000 with 75 spins, then 75% up to €1,500. Wagering is 40x the bonus only, within seven days, so a €100 first deposit brings a €150 bonus and €6,000 of bets to complete inside the week. Separately, the terms require your deposit to be turned over three times before any withdrawal.

Visa, Mastercard and crypto work both ways, while Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut are deposit-only, so keep a debit card or crypto wallet ready for cashing out. I requested €20 to a Visa debit card on 23 October 2026, and it landed 72 hours later, against terms that only commit to a decision within two days. ID was requested at that first withdrawal, not at signup.

Inky.bet has listed a €40 minimum withdrawal, even though my €20 request went through, so check the cashier before you plan a small cash-out.

  • Score: 5.0
  • Licence: Anjouan, ALSI-202509069-FI2, found on the register in October 2026
  • Launched: 2026 (domain registered April 2026)
  • Welcome offer: 325% up to €3,000 + 150 spins over three deposits
  • Wagering: 40x bonus only, 7 days, €5 maximum bet
  • Tested withdrawal: 72 hours, €20 to Visa, 23 October 2026
  • Registration: 3 screens, 2 minutes
New online casino Inky.bet: cashier with Visa, Revolut and crypto deposit methods.
We tested Inky.bet casino in Ireland: its cashier lists Visa, Revolut and crypto among the deposit methods.
Pros Cons
The largest game library I counted My test payout took 72 hours, slower than Festival Play and Alexander
Bonus-only wagering keeps the cost to clear low Deposits need 3x turnover before any withdrawal
Card and crypto withdrawals Only seven days to clear each bonus

Choose Inky.bet if you want the biggest library in the ranking and plan to deposit more than once. The main trade-off is time: seven days per bonus and a slower first payout. If you’d rather have a month to clear a bonus, Alexander and Dublinbet both allow 30 days.

Browse the Inky.bet lobby and its bonus terms

2. Festival Play

Visit Festival Play Casino

Festival Play’s Curaçao licence number, OGL/2024/181/0181, is one you can check yourself. I found it on the regulator’s register in October 2026, and the same number appears in the casino’s own terms.

The weak point is the bonus. New players get 100% up to €500 plus 100 free spins from a €20 deposit, but deposit and bonus have to be played through 40 times within 21 days. In the casino’s own example, a €100 deposit with a €100 bonus means €8,000 in bets, the costliest offer to clear in our model.

Slots count in full and non-live roulette at 10%, while live casino, blackjack, baccarat, video poker and craps count nothing. Bets are capped at €12 or 5% of the bonus, whichever is lower, winnings convert up to 10x the bonus, and the spins expire after seven days. At least the 21-day window is generous next to the seven days at Inky.bet and Betibet.

Read the withdrawal terms before depositing. Deposits must be turned over five times first, or Festival Play can refuse the withdrawal or charge up to 8%. A further fee of up to 8% can apply if you withdraw more than once within 30 days, and withdrawals are capped at €5,000 over any seven days.

Debit cards, Revolut, Skrill, Neteller, Rapid Transfer and five cryptocurrencies all work both ways. My €20 Neteller withdrawal arrived in 45 hours 41 minutes, the fastest of the seven I timed and well inside the casino’s own “up to seven days”.

One test isn’t a pattern, though. A €50 Visa withdrawal made for our September 2026 Ireland casino tests took 142 hours, so the method you choose can matter as much as the casino. The lobby holds 1,700+ games from 69 providers, one of the smaller libraries I counted.

  • Score: 5.0
  • Licence: Curaçao, OGL/2024/181/0181, found on the register in October 2026
  • Launched: 2024
  • Welcome offer: 100% up to €500 + 100 free spins, €20 minimum deposit
  • Wagering: 40x deposit + bonus, 21 days, €12 maximum bet
  • Tested withdrawal: 45h 41m, €20 to Neteller, August 2026
  • Registration: 3 screens, 2 minutes
New online casino Festival Play: lobby with top slots including Coins of Ra and Crown Coins.
We tested Festival Play casino in Ireland: its lobby features top slots such as Coins of Ra and Crown Coins.
Pros Cons
A licence number you can check on the Curaçao register The costliest offer to clear in our model
The fastest of my seven timed withdrawals A 5x deposit rollover before withdrawing, or up to 8% in fees
Cards, e-wallets, Revolut and crypto all pay out A smaller game library than most of the top five

Choose Festival Play if a checkable licence and a quick payout matter more to you than the bonus. The main trade-off is the wagering: 40x on deposit plus bonus costs about a third more to clear than Inky.bet’s offer, and the 5x deposit rule applies whether or not you take the bonus.

3. Alexander Casino

Visit Alexander Casino

Alexander takes twelve cryptocurrencies for deposits as well as cards and vouchers, which suits players who fund their account in crypto. Its published withdrawal list names only crypto and bank transfer, and bank transfer isn’t offered to Irish players. Even so, my September 2026 test withdrawal came back to a Mastercard in 49 hours, with no fee.

The ID check took about six hours. Alexander advertises payouts “within 24 hours”, and mine took roughly twice that.

The welcome offer is small: 100% up to €100 plus 100 free spins from a €20 deposit, claimed within three days. Deposit and bonus are wagered 30 times within 30 days, so the full bonus on a €100 deposit means €6,000 of bets, which our model prices at about €240. Free-spin winnings carry 35x, bets are capped at €5, and nothing can be withdrawn while the bonus is active.

The Anjouan register lists alexandercasino.com under licence ALSI-142406012-FI1 until 1 June 2027 (checked October 2026). The lobby carries games from 130 providers, the most I found at any casino in the ranking.

  • Score: 4.9
  • Licence: Anjouan, ALSI-142406012-FI1, listed to 1 June 2027
  • Welcome offer: 100% up to €100 + 100 free spins, €20 minimum deposit
  • Wagering: 30x deposit + bonus, 30 days; 35x on spin winnings; €5 maximum bet
  • Tested withdrawal: 49h to Mastercard, no fee, September 2026
  • Registration: 2 screens, 4 minutes

We tested Alexander casino in Ireland: its lobby features exclusive games such as Treasure of Alexander.

Pros Cons
Twelve cryptocurrencies for deposits The smallest welcome bonus in the top five
A fee-free test payout in 49 hours The cashier doesn’t match its published withdrawal list
30x over 30 days is cheaper to clear than Festival Play’s 40x No withdrawals while a bonus is active

Choose Alexander if you deposit in crypto and care more about a quick, fee-free payout than a big welcome package. It ranks third because its tested payout beat Dublinbet’s and Brutal’s, while the small offer keeps it behind the two 5.0 casinos.

4. Dublinbet

Visit Dublinbet Casino

Dublinbet is the exception in a ranking of new online casinos. It has been running since 2014, which gives it something the others can’t show yet: a long record of how it pays and handles complaints.

Its strongest product is live casino. Dublinbet lists more than 200 live dealer tables, with Evolution supplying the biggest share, and some tables stream from real casino floors through Authentic Gaming. No other casino in the top five lists real-floor streams.

Irish players get 100% up to €1,000 plus 100 free spins over two deposits, starting with 100% up to €500 on the first. Dublinbet’s terms set the wagering at 30x deposit plus bonus within 30 days, with 35x on free-spin winnings, so a €100 first deposit means €6,000 of bets. Your cash balance is used first, and the bonus only comes into play once that’s gone. Bets are capped at €5, and you have three days to claim the bonus through the Bonus menu after your qualifying deposit.

Irish players can only cash out to e-wallets, because Dublinbet doesn’t list card or bank transfer payouts for Ireland. My September 2026 withdrawal to Skrill took 73 hours 23 minutes, and ID was only requested once I asked to withdraw. The Anjouan register lists Dublinbet’s domain under licence ALSI-142406012-FI1 until 1 June 2027.

  • Score: 4.8
  • Licence: Anjouan, ALSI-142406012-FI1, listed to 1 June 2027 (checked October 2026)
  • Launched: 2014
  • Welcome offer: 100% up to €1,000 + 100 free spins over two deposits
  • Wagering: 30x deposit + bonus, 30 days; 35x on spin winnings; €5 maximum bet
  • Tested withdrawal: 73h 23m to Skrill, September 2026
  • Registration: 2 screens, 4 minutes

Dublinbet's live lobby features games such as Monopoly Roulette and Ice Fishing from Evolution Gaming.

Pros Cons
200+ live tables, some streamed from real casinos No card or bank transfer withdrawals in Ireland
30x wagering with 30 days to clear The bonus only activates after your cash balance is used
Running since 2014 My test payout was slower than at Festival Play, Alexander or Inky.bet

Choose Dublinbet if live tables are the reason you’re signing up and you’re happy to cash out by e-wallet. The main trade-off is the cashier: there’s no card or bank payout for Irish players.

Explore Dublinbet’s live casino and bonus terms

5. Brutal Casino

Visit Brutal Casino

Your first deposit is matched 100% up to €300 with no wagering on what you win, but the bonus is sticky: you can bet with it but never withdraw it. On a €100 deposit you’d play with €200, and when you cash out, the €100 bonus stays behind while your winnings are yours. Next to the €6,000 to €8,000 of bets needed elsewhere in the top five, it’s a far simpler offer.

While the bonus is active, bets are capped at €5, and Brutal’s terms apply that cap to your own money as well. The bonus expires 30 days after you claim it, and you have three days to claim it once your deposit qualifies.

Deposits work by debit card, MiFinity, CASHlib, Flexepin and crypto, all fee-free from €20. Cards can’t be used for withdrawals, though, and Skrill and Neteller aren’t offered. I withdrew by bank transfer in September 2026 and waited 77 hours, the slowest of my seven timed withdrawals, after an ID check that took about five hours.

Brutal holds licence 2410 in Antigua and Barbuda, and the Financial Services Regulatory Commission’s seal page lists brutalcasino.com with an interactive gaming licence valid to 3 March 2027. The lobby has 1,800+ games but only about 50 live tables.

  • Score: 4.7
  • Licence: Antigua and Barbuda, 2410, valid to 3 March 2027 on the regulator’s seal page
  • Launched: 2023
  • Welcome offer: 100% up to €300, sticky bonus, no wagering on winnings
  • Rules: €5 maximum bet while the bonus is active (your own money included), 30-day expiry
  • Tested withdrawal: 77h by bank transfer, September 2026
  • Registration: 2 screens, 5 minutes

Brutal Casino has one of the best welcome bonus in Ireland when it comes to wagering on bonus winnings.

Pros Cons
No wagering on bonus winnings The bonus amount can never be withdrawn
The simplest welcome offer in the top five No card, Skrill or Neteller withdrawals
A licence listed as valid by the Antigua and Barbuda regulator The slowest of my seven timed payouts

Choose Brutal if you’d rather skip the wagering maths and can withdraw by bank transfer, MiFinity or crypto. Live casino players, and anyone who wants Skrill or Neteller payouts, should look at Dublinbet instead.

Read Brutal’s bonus rules and cashier limits

The rest of the new casinos in the ranking. Betibet and GoldenPlay were tested in the same depth as the top five, and their results appear in the bonus, payment and withdrawal tables. Fano.bet, Puntit and Tip-Top figures come from our September 2026 Ireland casino tests, and Royalistplay is listed with its licence and current offer.

Rank Casino Score Worth knowing
6 Betibet 4.6 3,715 games from 112 providers; 35x deposit + bonus within 7 days
7 GoldenPlay 4.6 The cheapest offer to clear in our model, but no licence number published
8 Fano.bet 4.5 The same 325% up to €3,000 package as Inky.bet; 49h Skrill payout in September 2026
9 Puntit 4.4 Sportsbook and casino in one account; the casino is licensed in Curaçao
10 Tip-Top 4.3 225% up to €4,500 + 400 spins at 40x the bonus; 46h 35m Mastercard payout in September 2026
11 Royalistplay 4.3 Welcome offer of up to €1,000; Anjouan licence

How we test a new casino

Every new casino for Irish players here is judged on the same five things: payout speed, licence, offer value, game range and usability. Nearly every figure comes from my own accounts, the regulators’ registers or the operators’ own terms, and the few that don’t name their source.

No single test decides a rank. A casino can fall short on one criterion and still finish first if it does better on the others, which is how Inky.bet tops the ranking despite a slower payout than Festival Play.

What we check at new casino sites

  • Payout speed: one funded withdrawal per casino, timed from request to the money landing.
  • Licence: the number looked up on the issuing regulator’s register, with the site’s domain matched to that entry.
  • Offer value: the expected cost of clearing the bonus on a €100 deposit, using an illustrative 4% house edge.
  • Game range: counted from the operator’s own sitemap or lobby where possible, and dated, because lobbies change quickly.
  • Usability: how quickly an account opens, and whether the cashier publishes both its deposit and withdrawal lists.

The checks we run before a brand is listed

  • Register trace: the footer number goes into the issuing regulator’s own register.
  • Full terms read: bonus, payment and general terms, for wagering, rollover rules, fees and cash-out caps.
  • Cashier check: credit-card routes flagged. Since 5 February 2026, Irish law has barred licensed operators from accepting credit cards for gambling.

Signing up took a median of 3 minutes across the eight new casino sites I registered with, over two or three screens. Inky.bet, Festival Play and Betibet were quickest at 2 minutes, and Brutal took longest at 5. None asked for ID at signup; documents were only requested when I went to withdraw.

Casino Screens Registration time
Inky.bet 3 2 min
Festival Play 3 2 min
Alexander 2 4 min
Dublinbet 2 4 min
Brutal 2 5 min
Betibet 2 2 min
GoldenPlay 3 3 min
Puntit 2 3 min

I funded a real-money account at every new casino reviewed in depth, and the testing behind the ranking took about 80 hours.

Signs we check before recommending a new casino

  • A licence number that appears on the issuing regulator’s own register, for the same domain you’re playing on.
  • A cashier that doesn’t push credit cards, even though offshore casinos aren’t bound by the Irish ban.
  • A headline offer that matches what the bonus terms actually pay.
  • Withdrawal terms you can read before you deposit, including fees, rollover rules and weekly limits.

Playing at new online casinos isn’t an offence for you as a player, because the duty to hold a licence falls on the operator. None of them holds an Irish licence for casino games, though, since the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) hasn’t opened casino licensing yet. This is the general position, not legal advice.

GRAI opened its first licence applications on 9 February 2026 and began issuing licences on 1 July 2026, for remote betting. Every licence on its register so far is for betting (41 as of 18 October 2026). GRAI has said applications for gaming licences, the category that covers online casinos, will open in phases through 2027 and 2028.

Puntit shows the split. Its sportsbook held Irish remote bookmaker’s licence 1022285 from Revenue and appears on Revenue’s register dated 30 June 2026, the day those licences expired. Since 1 July, online betting has needed a GRAI licence, so check GRAI’s register for its current position. Puntit’s casino is licensed in Curaçao.

In practice, the Irish protections in the 2024 Act are owed by GRAI licensees, so they don’t reach these new online casinos. You rely instead on the offshore regulator and the casino’s own terms.

What the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 established

The Act replaces Ireland’s older betting and gaming laws in stages, as each part is commenced. GRAI was established in March 2025 and can fine licensees up to €20 million or 10% of turnover, whichever is greater.

The Minister signed the commencement order for licensing on 4 February 2026. The next day, licensees were barred from taking credit cards for gambling, including e-wallets and other payments funded by a credit card. Licence applications opened on 9 February.

Since 1 July 2026, age and ID checks have been mandatory for GRAI-licensed remote operators. As of early November 2026, GRAI lists the Act’s restrictions on advertising, promotions and inducements, and the National Gambling Exclusion Register, among the obligations not yet commenced. That includes the 5.30am to 9pm advertising watershed.

Which regulators actually licence these sites

None of these new casino sites holds a Malta Gaming Authority licence (checked October 2026). Three offshore regulators cover the ten that publish a licence: Curaçao, Anjouan, and Antigua and Barbuda. GoldenPlay names no licence number, so there’s nothing to look up.

What recourse an Irish player actually has

GRAI’s complaints route covers operators on its own register, which so far means betting operators only. For any of these new online casinos, a complaint goes to the casino first and then to the regulator that issued its licence.

Before you deposit, find the casino’s complaints procedure. Festival Play has a Dispute Resolution page in its footer, and Dublinbet and Brutal set out a complaints process in their terms (checked November 2026). Then make sure the licence number is one you could take to that regulator: at GoldenPlay, with no number published, there’s no regulator to escalate to.

Bonuses at new casinos

How hard a welcome bonus at a new casino is to turn into cash depends on the wagering multiple, the base it applies to and the time you get. Across the seven casino bonuses tested in depth, wagering runs from 30x to 40x, the base is either the bonus alone or deposit plus bonus, and clearing windows run from 7 to 30 days. Brutal sits outside those ranges, because its sticky bonus has no wagering on winnings.

Casino Welcome offer First deposit Wagering Time to clear
Inky.bet Up to €3,000 + 150 spins over 3 deposits 150% up to €500 + 75 spins 40x bonus only 7 days
Festival Play Up to €500 + 100 spins 100% up to €500 + 100 spins 40x deposit + bonus 21 days
Alexander €100 + 100 spins 100% up to €100 + 100 spins 30x deposit + bonus; 35x spin winnings 30 days
Dublinbet Up to €1,000 + 100 spins over 2 deposits 100% up to €500 30x deposit + bonus; 35x spin winnings 30 days
Brutal Up to €300 100% up to €300, sticky None on winnings 30-day expiry
Betibet Up to €1,000 + 300 spins 100% up to €1,000 + 300 spins 35x deposit + bonus; 40x spin winnings 7 days
GoldenPlay Up to €555 + 100 spins 100% up to €555 + 100 spins 35x bonus only; 40x spin winnings 30 days

Some conditions sit outside the headline. Betibet needs the code WELCOME and a €20 deposit, and its 300 spins arrive as 100 a day for three days, each batch to be activated within 72 hours. At GoldenPlay, the code is GOLDEN100 with a €10 deposit and the bonus only counts on non-jackpot slots and scratch games. GoldenPlay’s bonus winnings also convert at up to 5x the bonus, free-spin winnings cash out at up to €200, and any withdrawal cancels a bonus you haven’t cleared.

Wagering multiples compared

Bonus-only wagering is the lighter base, and Inky.bet and GoldenPlay both use it. Festival Play, Betibet, Alexander and Dublinbet apply their multiple to deposit plus bonus, which doubles the work on a matched offer.

Take a €100 deposit with a €100 bonus at 40x. Bonus-only wagering means €4,000 in bets; deposit plus bonus means €8,000.

Four casinos add a second multiple on free-spin winnings: 40x at Betibet and GoldenPlay, and 35x at Alexander and Dublinbet.

When I checked in October 2026, none of these new online casinos advertised a no-deposit bonus for new players. Alexander’s, Dublinbet’s and Brutal’s terms do mention no-deposit free spins for existing players, with winnings capped at €100.

Time limits and expiry

Inky.bet and Betibet give you the least time, at 7 days to clear. Festival Play allows 21 days, although its free spins expire after 7, and GoldenPlay, Alexander and Dublinbet all allow 30. Brutal’s bonus also expires after 30 days, but with no turnover to complete, that deadline matters far less.

The claim window can be shorter still. Alexander, Dublinbet and Brutal give you three days to claim the bonus, Betibet’s spins need activating within 72 hours, and GoldenPlay’s 100 free spins have to be started within 24 hours.

What a launch offer really costs to clear

To compare casino bonuses on the same footing, we priced each one on a €100 deposit at an illustrative 4% house edge, leaving free-spin winnings out. Read the figures as a measure of how hard each offer is to clear against the others, not a prediction of what you’ll lose in a real session.

Casino Bonus on €100 Turnover Expected cost Net vs bonus
GoldenPlay €100 €3,500 €140 −€40
Inky.bet €150 €6,000 €240 −€90
Alexander €100 €6,000 €240 −€140
Dublinbet €100 €6,000 €240 −€140
Betibet €100 €7,000 €280 −€180
Festival Play €100 €8,000 €320 −€220

Brutal isn’t in the table because there’s no turnover to price. Its offer costs nothing in wagering, though the bonus itself can’t be withdrawn.

  • Festival Play is the most expensive to clear, and non-live roulette counts at only 10% there.
  • GoldenPlay is the cheapest, though bonus winnings convert at no more than 5x the bonus.
  • Maximum bets while clearing are €5 at Inky.bet, Alexander, Dublinbet, Brutal and Betibet, and Festival Play allows €12 or 5% of the bonus, whichever is lower. GoldenPlay works differently: any part of a bet above €2 doesn’t count towards wagering.

Payment methods available at new Irish casinos

I opened every cashier with an Irish account and funded it with real money. All seven new casinos tested in depth take cards in some form, but bank transfer withdrawals are open to Irish players only at Brutal, GoldenPlay and Betibet.

Irish law has barred licensed operators from taking credit cards for gambling since 5 February 2026, including e-wallets loaded from a credit card. Offshore casinos aren’t bound by that rule, so use a debit card yourself. Our guide to payment methods in Ireland explains how each of these payment methods works.

Payment methods at each new casino

Casino Deposits Withdrawals Rules worth knowing
Inky.bet Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, crypto Visa, Mastercard, crypto €40 listed minimum; 3x deposit turnover first
Festival Play Debit cards, Revolut, Skrill, Neteller, Rapid Transfer, crypto The same methods 5x deposit turnover or up to 8% fee; €5,000 a week cap
Alexander Cards, vouchers, twelve cryptocurrencies Crypto on its published list; Mastercard worked in my test No withdrawals while a bonus is active
Dublinbet Cards and e-wallets E-wallets only for Irish players Published processing time of 24 hours
Brutal Debit card, MiFinity, CASHlib, Flexepin, crypto Bank transfer, MiFinity, crypto No card, Skrill or Neteller payouts
Betibet Cards, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, crypto Crypto, MiFinity, bank transfer Bank transfers €200 to €1,000, 3 to 5 days
GoldenPlay From €10 at the cashier Wire, Visa, Skrill, Neteller €10 minimum (€50 by wire); up to 10 business days by wire or Visa

Cards and bank transfer

Inky.bet and Festival Play take Visa and Mastercard debit cards both ways. Alexander’s published withdrawal list leaves cards out, yet my test withdrawal went back to a Mastercard.

Dublinbet, Brutal and Betibet take cards for deposits only. Betibet pays out by crypto, MiFinity or bank transfer instead, with bank transfers running from €200 to €1,000 and taking 3 to 5 days. GoldenPlay pays out by wire or Visa: the minimum is €10 by Visa and €50 by wire, and its cash-out policy allows up to 10 business days for both.

E-wallets, Apple Pay and Google Pay

In the top five, only Inky.bet and Festival Play offer Revolut, deposit-only at Inky.bet and both ways at Festival Play. Inky.bet is also the only top-five casino taking Apple Pay and Google Pay, again for deposits only, and it sends withdrawals back to the deposit method where it can, so you’ll be asked to nominate a card or crypto wallet.

Dublinbet pays Irish players out to e-wallets only, and my test went to Skrill. Betibet takes Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity and Jeton for deposits, but MiFinity is its only e-wallet for withdrawals. Brutal offers MiFinity with no Skrill or Neteller, and GoldenPlay pays out to Skrill and Neteller within a published 4 business days.

You can withdraw in crypto at Inky.bet, Festival Play, Alexander, Brutal and Betibet. Our guide to crypto casinos in Ireland covers more options.

Our measured withdrawal times at each new casino

I made one timed withdrawal at each of the seven new online casinos tested in depth, between August and October 2026. The median time from request to the money landing was 54 hours, with Festival Play quickest at 45h 41m and Brutal slowest at 77h. Each figure comes from a single withdrawal, so your own payout could arrive faster or slower.

Repeat tests show how much that can move. In our September 2026 tests, Festival Play took 142 hours to pay €50 to Visa, and Betibet’s MiFinity payout took 69h 49m against 54h in October.

The payment methods differed too. Some payouts went to e-wallets (Neteller, Skrill, MiFinity), others to Mastercard, Visa or a bank account. None of these casinos asked me for ID at signup, all of them requested documents at withdrawal, and Alexander and Brutal cleared my checks in about six and five hours.

Casino Method Tested Time to land Casino’s published time
Inky.bet Visa 23 Oct 2026 72h A decision within two days
Festival Play Neteller Aug 2026 45h 41m Up to seven days
Alexander Mastercard Sep 2026 49h Within 24 hours
Dublinbet Skrill Sep 2026 73h 23m 24 hours of processing*
Brutal Bank transfer Sep 2026 77h 12 working hours of processing*
Betibet MiFinity Oct 2026 54h “Instant”
GoldenPlay Neteller Aug 2026 52h Up to 4 business days

*Dublinbet and Brutal show these times inside the account area, as recorded in our Ireland casino review in September 2026.

Festival Play and GoldenPlay both paid well inside their published windows. Alexander promises payment within 24 hours and Betibet calls its payouts instant, yet my withdrawals took 49 and 54 hours. Inky.bet only commits to a decision within two days, and my money arrived about a day after that.

Games and software providers at new casino sites

At new online casinos, a bigger total doesn’t mean better games. The same titles turn up at new casino sites and established ones alike, and several versions of one game can pad out a lobby count, so check that the games you actually play are there before you deposit.

Counted game numbers by brand

In early November 2026, Inky.bet’s sitemap listed 8,664 games from 69 providers, and Betibet’s Irish sitemap listed 3,715 from 112. Those two are exact counts. The other figures are the totals each lobby displays, which is why most carry a plus sign.

Casino Games Providers Source
Inky.bet 8,664 69 Own sitemap, counted early November 2026
Festival Play 1,700+ 69 Lobby total
Alexander Not published 130 Provider list on its site
Dublinbet 4,500+ 59 Lobby total
Brutal 1,800+ 70+ (slots) Lobby total
Betibet 3,715 112 Irish sitemap, counted early November 2026
GoldenPlay 1,790 Not counted Lobby count

Live dealer coverage

Dublinbet has the deepest live casino of the brands with published figures, at 200+ tables. Evolution is its biggest supplier, and Authentic Gaming streams some tables from real casino floors. Brutal is much lighter, with about 50 tables.

GoldenPlay had 100 live tables when I counted in October, including 29 for roulette and 27 for blackjack. Betibet sources its live games from seven studios, and Inky.bet’s live casino runs four studios: Evolution, Ezugi, Winfinity and AE Sexy. If you plan to clear a bonus on live tables, read the terms first, because Festival Play and Betibet both count live games at 0% towards wagering.

Which providers each brand carries

Alexander carries the most providers at 130, followed by Betibet at 112, but the overlap is heavy. Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO and Hacksaw turn up at most new Irish casinos, so the real differences sit in the smaller studios. GoldenPlay’s homepage, for example, features Spinoro, GAMZIX and BGaming alongside Pragmatic Play.

New casinos compared with established Irish sites

Inky.bet launched in 2026, so its record is still being written, while Dublinbet has been running since 2014. New online casinos tend to arrive with bigger launch offers and newer cashier options. Established Irish online casinos have years of evidence on how they pay and how they handle complaints.

Where new casino sites come out ahead

  • Bigger welcome packages: Inky.bet offers up to €3,000 across three deposits, and Tip-Top goes as high as €4,500.
  • Lighter wagering: Inky.bet and GoldenPlay set their wagering on the bonus only, and Brutal has none on winnings, although its bonus is sticky.
  • Newer payment methods: Revolut at Inky.bet and Festival Play, and Apple Pay and Google Pay for deposits at Inky.bet.
  • Crypto both ways: Inky.bet, Festival Play, Alexander, Brutal and Betibet all pay out in crypto.
  • Fast signup: registration took me a median of 3 minutes, with no documents until the first withdrawal.

Game libraries are a closer call. I counted 8,664 games at Inky.bet, but Dublinbet, the oldest brand in the ranking, displays 4,500+, more than most of the new casino sites.

Where established casino sites still win

  • A complaints record: how an operator settles a disputed withdrawal only shows over time, which also applies to new betting sites in Ireland.
  • Payout speed with a pattern: my withdrawals, one at each casino, ranged from 45h 41m to 77h. An established site has years of player reports behind its payout times, while a single test is one data point.
  • Loyalty rewards with a history: a new site’s VIP scheme hasn’t run long enough to show what long-term players actually get.

Neither type is safer by definition. An established brand can be judged on years of behaviour and a new one only on what it does today. If a long payout and complaints history matters more to you than the size of the launch offer, choose an established site, even when a newer one is offering more.

How to try a new casino before you commit

  • Check the licence on the regulator’s own register before depositing real money.
  • Check the deposit-turnover rule. Festival Play asks for 5x and can refuse the request or charge up to 8% if you haven’t reached it, Inky.bet needs 3x, and GoldenPlay needs your deposit wagered once.
  • Start small. Make a modest first deposit and, once you’ve met that rule, request a withdrawal before you deposit more.
  • Check the payment methods. Make sure the cashier pays out to the method you deposit with, and check the minimum withdrawal.
  • Set a deposit limit at signup, before you need it.

Playing safely at a new casino

At any new online casino, check the licence and set your limits before you deposit, not after a withdrawal stalls. Ireland’s National Gambling Exclusion Register isn’t live as of November 2026, so for now you have to self-exclude casino by casino. You must be 18 or over to play.

Deposit limits and self-exclusion

Set a deposit limit at signup, while the decision is still unemotional. Inky.bet keeps its control tools, deposit limits included, in your account settings. Other casinos may only apply limits through support, so find out how before your first deposit.

Self-exclusion is per operator, so closing your account at one casino won’t block you anywhere else. If you want a shorter break, a time-out or cooling-off period locks you out for a set period and then lifts on its own. Several Irish banks, including Bank of Ireland and PTSB, also let you block gambling payments in their apps.

Checking a licence before you deposit

Each new casino site should show its licence in the site footer. Take that number to the regulator’s own register: for Curaçao, that’s the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s online licence register at gamingcontrolcuracao.org, and for Antigua and Barbuda, the Financial Services Regulatory Commission’s Division of Gaming. Anjouan publishes its own register too.

Treat a missing number as a gap. GoldenPlay doesn’t publish one, which leaves you with no licence to check and no regulator to complain to.

Where to get help

Gambling Care runs the national helpline on 1800 936 725, free and open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Its website also lists other free Irish services, including Problem Gambling Ireland, Gamblers Anonymous and Helplink’s counselling service.

Talk to someone early. If gambling has stopped feeling like entertainment, or you’re spending more than you meant to, reach out before it gets harder to stop. Our responsible gambling guide explains the tools and support available in Ireland.

Frequently asked questions about new online casinos

What is the best online casino now?

Among the new casinos I tested for Irish players, Inky.bet ranks first. It shares a 5.0 score with Festival Play and edges ahead on game range, with 8,664 games counted, a cheaper bonus to clear and lighter withdrawal rules. If payout speed matters most, Festival Play paid my Neteller test withdrawal fastest, in 45 hours 41 minutes, though one test is a snapshot rather than a promise.

What are the top 10 online casinos in Ireland?

The top ten new online casinos in this ranking are Inky.bet, Festival Play, Alexander, Dublinbet, Brutal, Betibet, GoldenPlay, Fano.bet, Puntit and Tip-Top, with Royalistplay in 11th. The ranking covers new casinos accepting Irish players, not every casino available in Ireland.

What are the top 3 online casinos for real money?

Among new real-money casinos, Inky.bet, Festival Play and Alexander lead. Inky.bet has the largest library I counted and bonus-only wagering. Festival Play paid out fastest in my tests and has a licence number you can check on Curaçao’s register, and Alexander takes twelve cryptocurrencies and paid my test withdrawal in 49 hours with no fee.

Which online casinos in Ireland offer real money winnings?

All of these casinos take euro deposits and pay out real-money winnings, but the withdrawal rules differ. GoldenPlay’s minimum cash-out is €10, Inky.bet lists €40, and Betibet’s bank transfers start at €200. Festival Play requires deposits to be turned over five times before a withdrawal, or it can refuse it or charge up to 8%.

Are new online casinos safe?

At a new online casino, a licence is one part of the answer, not all of it. Before depositing, check that the licence number appears on the regulator’s own register, that the casino sets out a complaints procedure, that its cashier doesn’t push credit cards, and that its withdrawal rules are published. Look for deposit limits and self-exclusion in your account settings too, and judge each casino on those points rather than on any single verdict.

Do I pay tax on casino winnings in Ireland?

Winnings from recreational gambling generally aren’t taxed in Ireland, because section 613 of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 says winnings from betting, lotteries and games with prizes aren’t chargeable gains. If you gamble as a trade or business, the position can change, so take professional advice. This is the general position, not tax advice.

Do new online casinos offer no deposit bonuses?

When I checked in October 2026, none of the new online casinos in this ranking advertised a no-deposit bonus for new players. Each runs a deposit match instead, so read the wagering base and the clearing window before you deposit.

How can I tell how new a casino really is?

Check three dates: the licence issue date on the regulator’s register, the date on the site’s terms and when its domain was registered. That’s how I found that Inky.bet’s domain was registered in April 2026.

Do new casinos pay a higher RTP on slots?

Not by default. Return to player is set by the game provider rather than the casino’s age, and some providers supply the same slot in several RTP versions for the operator to choose from. Open the game’s information screen to see which version a casino runs.
